Each apartment, suitable for both single occupancy and for couples, comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, with integrated appliances and a bathroom.
Avery Park’s Independent Living Apartments offer the privacy of your front door alongside peace of mind that you are in a secure environment. Rooms are spacious and airy with high ceilings and plenty of light, and the open feel extends to all the areas within the Avery Park complex including private dining room for special occasions with loved ones, cinema, salon and therapy suite. All the features you would expect of a luxury independent living community.
A friendly manager will also be on-site to take care of the day-to-day running of the development, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We want our residents to experience the freedom of spending time doing what they want to do.

All our spacious and airy apartments are fully maintained, with dining options as well as weekly housekeeping and laundry.
Bespoke care packages, where needed, are delivered by a registered domiciliary care provider dedicated to our site, from as little as half an hour per day to higher levels of personal care, so you only pay for just what you need.
